Belgium has got a very talented team, can't wait to see them do well on the World Cup!
Agree to Fastwalker that Germany is ahead of us. Maybe Spain in a good day. Italy is always strong, and if Argentina get their shit together, they're really strong too.
I don't know what to expect from our team, really.
I'm just hoping stadiums get ready in time and they don't fall on our heads... If you can actually drive to the stadiums, that is...
Then I'll just hope they tear those fake-stadiums-that-won't-see-another-game-again down and give me my money back!
@majod: mythdat also mentioned Micro Four Thirds and, as an user myself, I think they're awesome. But I don't think it will suit your needs as well. Kind of the same situation as with the Samsung. Hope you find the right camera for you, tough.
Also I'm hearing all over the place Neymar is now a Barça player because of 28 million euros. Is it true? I really hope they know what they're doing...
Meh. Neymar is a good player, but not nearly as good as he thinks. He is a very talented diver, though.
Seriously now, if even the Brazilian press is annoyed by that, I wonder how would it be if he played the German or English leagues. I guess it would be interesting to watch. Maybe he even "man up", would be great for our national team.
From what I see/hear, he doesn't seem too eager to leave, anyway.
Brazilian beer is usually pilsen and tastes like a low quality piss. But there's still some quality small breweries (Baden Baden, Colorado are two of my favorites).
This is my favorite by far, Baden Baden Golden Ale:
Highly recommended. Not sure how available it would be for you outsiders, though.
That stadium was built for the 2007 Pan American Games. It cost 6 times the initial budget.
How embarrassing is that?
Our national football team being currently awful is the least of our problems. We lack any infrastructure (with no hope for 2014) and one of our most modern stadiums will probably implode on its own weight.
All stadiums being built now are either in remote areas where there are no leagues (and thus serving only for local corruption) or are way overpaid, serving for local corruption. Our legacy from the WC will be rich people richer, more taxes and a few more infinite debts.
We can't take anything seriously, hopefully producing one of the worst World Cup ever and being laugh at by the entire globe will sparkle something positive on us Brazilians.
Thanks for that, Moose. I decided to follow your recommendation (including high definition and high quality panel and sound) and I've gotta say, this is simply brilliant.
As I read somewhere else, it's a thin line between astonishing beauty and utter hell.
I lost the confirmation mail (probably deleted in the spam mess) and I just can't seem to find the motivation to register again with another email. I didn't like the way this one does things as well. No offense meant, I know you guys did your best.
Damn, I go to work and when I get back I want to relax and read about films and opinions. Then this happens. WTF.
I don't want to discuss anything 'cause I'm tired and with a severe lack of motivation, but just so I'm part of it:
- "if more people had as much common sense as i do, this world would be a great place." (actually no amount of s can express what I feel about this line)
- I could argue there's a lot of math in just about everything (but specifically movies, if they have anything to do with what happens in photography - I know I suck but I've read stuff )
- I quite liked Unbreakable (agreed on the great atmosphere)
